About Bhangarh –

Bhangarh is a small village in Rajasthan, famous for its historic ruins and mysterious legends. It is considered amongst the most haunted locations in India, explored mostly on a day trip from Jaipur or visit during the famous Golden Triangle Tour as an extension of Jaipur. It is a 17th-century fort built by Bhagwant Das for his younger son Madho Singh I. The fort is located on the border of Sariska Tiger Reserve. This place is the most famous tourist place to visit near Jaipur where you can enjoy a great time revealing the glorious stories associated with the fort.

Bhangarh Fort –

The Bhangarh Fort is located a few kilometers away from the Sariska and falls between Jaipur and Alwar. The fort was built in the 17th century by Raja Madho Singh, the younger brother of the great Mughal general Man Singh of Amber. Apart from the royal palace, Bhangarh, along with the whole township, was protected by three successive fortifications and enormous gates. The fort encloses remnants of grand Havelis, temples, and marketplaces within its premises. The majestic fort is located in the ruins but looks truly beautiful as it sits at the base of a hill amidst the serene and lusciously green surroundings.
