Tour Itinerary Details:

Day 1: Jaipur Arrival

Today, the Jaipur Agra Delhi Tour will begin with a smooth start of warmly welcoming you. Tourists may arrive at Jaipur Airport, Jaipur Railway Station or Bus Stand. There will be a representative of our travel agency waiting for you to welcome and accompany the travellers upon arrival. They will further assist you to the pre-booked hotel. Unwind and recover from the tour; the remaining day is generally left to the traveller’s discretion.

The tourists are at leisure to venture into the surrounding areas independently in the evening. Jaipur’s colorful bazaars, like Johari Bazaar and Bapu Bazaar, are a sight to behold due to their cultural handicrafts, jewellery and fabrics. The most convenient way to experience the city’s vibrant culture is to stroll around these bazaars. Stay relaxed overnight in Jaipur.

Day 2: Jaipur Sightseeing

The second day is spent sightseeing the beautiful palaces and forts of Jaipur. There are a lot of historical, architectural and cultural experiences lined up in the schedule.

The sightseeing tour begins with a visit to the grand Amber Fort.  The hilltop fort looks stunning throughout the day while revealing the grandeur of the Rajput and Hindu style of architecture. The Hall of Public Audience, the Hall of Private Audience and the Sheesh Mahal, popular for its intricate mirror work, are some of the prime attractions within the fort.

Further, the tour takes you towards Jal Mahal, a beautiful palace in the middle of Man Sagar Lake, after the Amber Fort. Even though travellers cannot go inside this palace, they often take photographs of its beautiful roadside location.

Then there’s the Hawa Mahal, also referred to as the Palace of Winds. It's 953 small windows; this legendary five-storey house was built so that royal ladies could observe street festivities discreetly. Jaipur is represented by the iconic structure with a beehive-like structure.

The tour next proceeds to City Palace, a complex of buildings, courtyards, palaces, and gardens. It’s a stunning example of how Rajput, Mughal, and European architecture can blend. The royal family of Jaipur resides in a part of the palace. The Chandra Mahal and the Mubarak Mahal are the main attractions of the compound.

The Jantar Mantar is a world heritage site by UNESCO, and lies adjacent to the City Palace. Maharaja Jai Singh II built a fascinating collection of 19 astronomical skills of the period.

Return to the hotel for an overnight stay concludes the day.

Day 3: Agra Transfer via Fatehpur Sikri

The day is planned for traveling from Jaipur to Agra, with a stopover at Fatehpur Sikri. After breakfast and departure from the Jaipur hotel, travellers begin the 240 kms drive to Agra. The Fatehpur Sikri is around 40 kms from Agra, the main highlight of the day.

The Mughal Emperor Akbar made this historic city a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A masterpiece of red sandstone, an architectural marvel built in the 16th century, was left abandoned after only 14 years due to a lack of water. The city offers a stunning glimpse of Mughal urban planning and a work of red sandstone art. The Panch Mahal, an exotic five-story palace with a unique architecture, the Tomb of Salim Chishti, a beautiful marble mausoleum and the Buland Darwaza, a resplendent gateway, mark Akbar’s victory over Gujarat in Fatehpur Sikri.

Afterwards, you will continue towards Agra, and the tourists will enter their hotel for an overnight stay when they arrive.

Day 4: Agra Sightseeing Tour

The day is devoted to the two most popular structures of Agra; this is the day of the tour most looked forward to.

The day begins with an early morning visit to the enormous Taj Mahal. Observe the breathtaking sunrise views when the white marble monument is soaked in the soft morning light. The Taj Mahal is a UNESCO World Heritage Site that was built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife, Mumtaz Mahal and as a symbol of eternal love.

The enormous size, symmetry and intricate marble inlay work of this mausoleum are excellent examples of Mughal architecture. The journey further continues to Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, after visiting the Taj Mahal. The gigantic red sandstone Agra Fort lies about 2.5 kms away from the Taj Mahal, the Mughal emperor’s main seat. The Diwan-i-Aam and Diwan-i-Khas are two of the fort’s several grand palaces and halls. In his later years, Shah Jahan looked out from the fort turrets over the Taj Mahal, the resting place of his beloved wife.

Travellers return to their Agra hotel in the evening after a day of exploring.
